All juice and wellness products are unpasteurized and should be consumed within the recommended time frame. Earth to Sky is not liable for misuse or storage outside of our guidelines.

3. Orders & Payments

All sales are final. Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our juices, no refunds will be issued.

Orders must be placed in advance as stated on our website.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase or booking.
4. Cancellation Policy

Consulting and coaching sessions require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

Event and workshop tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred with prior notice.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, images, and materials on the Earth to Sky website and branding are the intellectual property of Earth to Sky and may not be used without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
By using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree that Earth to Sky is not responsible for any adverse reactions, outcomes, or results. Use of our products and services is at your own discretion and risk.
