Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Juice & Perishable Products

Our juices are made fresh, unpasteurized, and require refrigeration. To ensure quality and safety, juices are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs.

Nationwide juice orders are shipped via express delivery (1–2 business days) to preserve freshness.

Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries. We are not liable for products left unattended or delayed due to carrier issues.
Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items

Apparel, accessories, and other non-perishable items will ship via standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.

Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, product type, and delivery location.

Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for juices and within 7 days for non-perishable items. We will review each case individually to determine next steps.
