Order Processing

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.

Juice & Perishable Products

  • Our juices are made fresh, unpasteurized, and require refrigeration. To ensure quality and safety, juices are shipped with insulated packaging and cold packs.

  • Nationwide juice orders are shipped via express delivery (1–2 business days) to preserve freshness.

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries. We are not liable for products left unattended or delayed due to carrier issues.

Merchandise & Non-Perishable Items

  • Apparel, accessories, and other non-perishable items will ship via standard shipping unless otherwise selected at checkout.

  • Shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier.

Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, product type, and delivery location.

  • Free shipping promotions (if offered) will apply only to eligible products and order amounts as specified.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Orders

  • If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for juices and within 7 days for non-perishable items. We will review each case individually to determine next steps.

International Shipping

  • At this time, Earth to Sky ships only within the United States.
